Upon delivery/shipment of the above device, the customer is obligated to notify us of any previous issues, along with the attempts made to address them.
Additionally, any prior interventions, repairs, or upgrades should be disclosed.

In any case, any unauthorized intervention/repair and/or use outside of factory specifications:
a. Releases Document from any responsibility for the condition in which the device to be tested will be returned, after opening it.
b. The customer is responsible for the cost of checking the device or the cost of completing the repair. It is at Document's discretion to receive the above device and begin testing it.



Document is bound within two working days of receipt of the product to inform the customer of any issues that may arise regarding any ambiguities, incorrect information or objections it may have with regard to this repair order.

Based on this, there is a possibility that Document may not undertake or complete the inspection or repair of the product.



Update on Personal Data Processing

Personal details / data (name, address, mobile phone, email) and the details of the device to be checked are necessary for the start of the repair.

With this form you agree and accept the following:
1. Save these data for 5 years from the date of this order to track the history of both the specific repair and the repairs related to the serial number of the device for issues of guarantee coverage, possible coverage of a two-year guarantee under European legislation and repair guarantee.
2. The Document or company staff can use the mobile phone and email for any information or information concerning this repair.
3. If the service provided is at the discretion of a third party (eg Apple Inc.), all of the above customer and product data will be shared with the third party. These data may be used for verification and quality assurance purposes (such as customer satisfaction purposes) as well as historical repairs.

You have the right to withdraw this consent by contacting us at dataprivacy@document.gr.
The revocation does not affect the legality of the actions that were based on said consent, prior to its revocation.




Terms of Service

The warranty covers hardware only and is provided under the terms of the manufacturer. In the event of failure to detect a problem under these terms, as well as in case of accidental damages, environmental reasons and software problems, the repair is charged according to the current company price list , with prior notification to the customer if the cost exceeds its minimum charge.

The warranty does not cover the data stored in the product to be repaired. The client must have kept a backup of his records before submitting his product for review. The Company has no other obligation or liability in any way to compensate the customer for any positive or consequential loss or loss of profits which he has suffered or will suffer from the loss of such data.

The product is inspected and repaired on the basis of the customer's fault description.
The company is not responsible for the non-resolution of problems not mentioned in the Repair Order

For the inspection of out-of-warranty products, an advance payment of the amount of the minimum charge is required.
In the event that the nominal warranty cannot be covered, the repair is charged at the minimum cost of checking the respective device, according to the company's current price list.
This fee amounts to €50.00 for checking machines, €25.00 for checking iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV and €20.00 for checking AirPods and other peripherals. Prices include 24% VAT. This charge refers to the inspection of the product and is deducted from the final amount of the repair if the customer performs it.
No out-of-warranty products are accepted without the minimum payment in advance. The hourly cost of employing a technician within the company's service is €50.00.

The customer must receive his product (repaired or not) within five (5) days after the relevant notification from the company that it is ready for collection. Otherwise, after the expiry of this period the company has the right to impose additional storage fees of €2.00 daily for a period of up to thirty (30) days. After the expiry of 30 days, the company has the right to destroy the product without any additional responsibility or further information.
